The inspiring and fighting CEO of the multinational direct selling company QNET, Ms. Malou Caluza, wins a Globee in the 9th edition of the CEO World Awards 2021. Another award that rightly crowns her commitment to hard work and women entrepreneurship, in addition to her victory over cancer.

A Direct Selling industry veteran, Malou Caluza has been with QNET for the past 20 years, as its first Customer Service Officer and then moving up the ranks to become the company’s first female CEO.

A strong business development professional with a Commerce and Marketing degree from a university in the Philippines, she has acquired robust skills in Direct Selling Operations, Customer Relationship Management, Marketing Management, E-commerce, Business Development, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Planning and People Development over the years.

Malou Caluza is also a breast cancer survivor and an outspoken advocate for women in leadership. “Asia’s 15 Over 50” has featured her in its publication that celebrates Asia’s most successful women.

CEO World Awards celebrate the achievements of leaders, executives, and their management teams behind the year’s most outstanding initiatives and achievements.
