The Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) of the University of Sierra Leone has set deadlines for final-year B.Sc., Postgraduate Diploma, and Master’s students eligible for the 2025/2026 resit examinations.

Students who failed no more than two modules must pay their resit fees by Wednesday, 2 September 2026, and complete registration with their respective faculties by Friday, 4 September 2026.

The fee is NLe150 per module for B.Sc. students and NLe300 per module for postgraduate students. Payments should be made into the IPAM General Sierra Leone Commercial Bank Account No. 003001107694100144.

Final-year students who missed semester examinations due to non-payment of fees or illness must register with their faculties and settle any outstanding fees for the 2025/2026 academic year.

The resit examinations will run from Monday, 7 September to Saturday, 12 September 2026, with the detailed timetable to be announced by the Examinations Unit.

Students must present their identification cards or laminated fee receipts at examination halls or they will not be allowed to sit the exams. IPAM also warned that CCTV cameras will be in operation at the examination venues.
