Orange Sierra Leone has announced its re-certification as a Top Employer in Sierra Leone for 2026 by the Top Employers Institute, maintaining its position as the first telecommunications operator in the country to achieve this prestigious recognition.

The re-certification reflects the company’s strong commitment to fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and engaging workplace, underpinned by data-driven people practices and independently validated standards. It highlights Orange Sierra Leone’s focus on developing talent, empowering employees, and building sustainable capabilities that support both business performance and long-term socio-economic impact.

The Top Employers Institute awards re-certification following a rigorous assessment conducted through its HR Best Practices Survey, which evaluates organisations across six core human resources domains. These include People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Wellbeing, and other critical people practices. The recognition confirms Orange Sierra Leone’s alignment with global best practices in people management and its contribution to creating a better world of work.
