The Electoral Commission of SLAJ (SLAJEC) recently outlined the timeline for the National and Regional Elections, scheduled for June 7, 2025. Mustapha Sesay’s team has confirmed that his nomination process is on track, with final confirmation expected by March 31, 2025.
With over 20 years of dedication to SLAJ and the broader media landscape, Mustapha Sesay has built a reputation as a champion of press freedom, professionalism, and media development. He is an outgoing Commissioner at the Independent Media Commission (IMC), where he has served diligently for six years as a SLAJ Representative and Print Media Expert.
Additionally, he is recognized as one of the most successful and committed SLAJ National Secretary Generals, bringing a wealth of experience to his presidential bid. His leadership, expertise, and passion for media advancement have positioned him as a formidable candidate in the upcoming elections.
