SIERRA LEONE TO OPEN WAFU TOURNAMENT AGAINST SENEGAL

Sierra Leone’s National U-20 Male team (Shooting Stars) will open its WAFU Zone A campaign against host nation -Senegal on the 20th November, 2020.

The match is set to play at the Stade Lat- Dior De Thies in the outskirts of Dakar- Senegal at 4pm.

The Shooting Stats of Sierra Leone will hold their last encounter in the group stage against Gambia on the 24th November, 2020, at 4pm at the same venue.

Meanwhile, the U-20 boys of Sierra Leone have been camped with intensive training accorded to them at every sight.

Two of the friendlies they recently played against the A team of Sierra Leone (Leone Stars) which ended in a 1 all draw both in Bo and in Freetown have shown that  Abu Bakarr “Tostao” Kamara’s boys are adequately prepared for the task ahead.

The WAFU tournament is expected to end on 29 November, 2020, in Senegal.
