The Owl Newspaper CEO and Lecturer at the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone, Alhaji Dauda Musa Bangura, has been announced as a speaker at the PrimeNet AI Coding Challenge 2026 – Vibe Coding Edition.

Bangura, who also serves as Head of Communications at the IPAM Centre of Excellence for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CEEI), is expected to share his experience in communication, education, entrepreneurship, innovation and technology during the event.

The PrimeNet AI Coding Challenge 2026 is being organised under the theme, “Build. Innovate. Launch.”, with a focus on encouraging students and entrepreneurs to explore artificial intelligence, coding and emerging technologies.

The event is scheduled for Friday, September 25, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the CEEI Hub, IPAM, University of Sierra Leone.

Organisers said the challenge is designed to provide a platform for young people to develop technological solutions, demonstrate creativity, collaborate with others and explore opportunities in entrepreneurship and innovation.

The event will bring together students and entrepreneurs for a day of activities centred on AI, coding, technology, creativity, entrepreneurship and innovation.

Bangura’s participation adds an academic and strategic communications perspective to the programme as participants engage with emerging technologies and explore practical applications of artificial intelligence.
