The greatness of a community is most accurately measured by the compassionate actions of its members and if you support the community, they will support you. This ideology has been vividly demonstrated countless times by a great man and a humanitarian, Mahmoud Kamara aka “Nice-Guy”.

In an effort to mitigate and possibly entirely eradicate the concept of violence especially during the electioneering process, Nice-Guy has taken up the venture of using sports as a way of preaching peace and solidarity.

As the election fever is boiling up and tensions rising, Nice-Guy has taken another step to unify the people of Constituency 132 and is spreading awareness of holding peaceful elections.

The Constituency 132 ‘Peace and Solidarity Trophy’ as it is named, commences on 12th December 2021, and will last up to a month. In an interview with Mahmoud Kamara aka Nice-Guy, he affirmed that supporting the community is important. He added that he has been a supporter of the community since his childhood. He maintained that as a humanitarian with great empathy for his people, he would not have a strong quality of life if he doesn’t engage on this venture. He added that it is important to the person who serves as well as the recipients, and that “it is the way in which we ourselves grow and develop.”

The football kits and equipment worth over thousands of US dollars will be distributed amongst the competing teams as a way of supporting and creating a long-lasting partnership that is built on love and peace.

He went on to say that using football to promote peace and solidarity is a good move, not only because football is all about peace, togetherness and love, but that it is also an opportunity to promote young football stars and identify potential international football talents.
