It was a tearful Wednesday 2nd March, 2022 at Orange SL ultra-modern office at Hill Station as staff of the company bid farewell to the outgoing CEO Madam Aminata Kane Ndiaye for her extraordinary transformation of the telecommunication company in Sierra Leone.

It will be recorded that for over 20 years of the existence of private telecommunication companies in Sierra Leone, this is the first time for management and staff of a company to organise such a massive farewell ceremony for an outgoing CEO.

The event at their headquarters was marked with lots of activities where she was crowned as Chief not only for giving Orange SL a face-lift, but also for improving the business which touched the lives of staff and many others outside Orange and for her love for people which shone throughout her four years stint in Sierra Leone.

The President Staff Welfare Connect, Joseph Momoh stated that indeed the event manifests the fact that Madam Aminata Kane’s stay at Orange SL was great and developmental and helped raised the morale of the staff which is at the highest degree, adding that she cares very much about the welfare of her staff.
