The 2G (2nd generation) in FINIC’S series of palm oil processing machines branded Moneh Don (poverty over) has been rolled out. It is an upgrade of the manually operated type to being a mechanized one powered by a petrol engine of 5.5 Horse power. Hence it is categorized as the 2G. It is one of those series that targets those at the bottom of the poverty pyramid.
There are billions out there awaiting to be taken along the path of development with their pockets’ depth fuelling the pace. Taking them from the quagmire of drudgery ridden traditional processing systems, will surely turn them in to dignified labouring and happy persons because of, among others, increase of their income.
The 2G (2nd generation) Moneh Don which is the target of this post, has the following Technical Specifications:
1) Capacity – 500kg of loose fruits per hour. In that quantity of the Tenera variety, there will be 156 litres (7.8 batas) content of palm oil.
2) Engine type – Petrol of 5.5 Horse power
3) Processes all varieties of palm fruits as it crushes/macerates the fruits regardless of nuts sizes and their quantity.
4) The palm oil yield per given quantity is higher than the press type. For every drum content of boiled fruits, 2.5 Jerry cans (batas) each of 20 litres, will be processed.
6) Highly Affordable
7) Can be mounted on a FINIC’S Motor Cycle Trailer and pulled by a motor bike from farm gate to the other.
8) Can be powered by an electric motor of a solar power grid.
