QCell, one of the leading telecommunication companies in Sierra Leone as way of putting smiles on the faces of the people within the Western area has opened a new Customer Care Office at their Technical Office on Kingharman Road in Freetown.
The Councillor of the Ward within the community, Madam Abioseh Wilson ,on behalf of the Honourable Member of Parliament, Hon. Chernor Maju Bah, thanked the QCell family for bringing the telecommunication company to her Constituency, Ward 433, further assuring QCell that they (as residents)will not only patronize but also promote customer retention as QCell is now at their door step and will pray for QCell to be the people’s choice.
According to her, now that the office is within the community, they will ensure to always support in relaying the information around as their Ward is a loving Ward with top Executives.
According to the Councilor, QCell has shown it all and recalled that, the telecommunications company started operations two years back but has today grown to become one of the leading telecommunication companies in the country underscoring that QCell is almost all over the country with the cheapest and affordable data and voice service.
The Senior Marketing Manager ,Edward Nelson Pratt ,disclosed that QCell is proving to be the fastest growing network in the country saying today’s event is low key and as he puts it QCell respects values and culture and the more reason why even at a soft opening, stake holders were invited to officially open their customer care shop.
He further stated, QCell is of Sierra Leoneans, for Sierra Leoneans and by Sierra Leoneans the more reason why one will find a lot of young Sierra Leoneans in the company. According to him, QCell will continue to support their growing customers as that is one reason why QCell is bringing their Customer Care shops much closer to the people for easy accessibility to products and services.
