Lawyer Ady Macauley, widely known as Ady4You, has called on members of the All People’s Congress (APC) to conduct themselves peacefully and transparently as the party holds its internal elections across Sierra Leone.

In a statement released today, Macauley framed the ongoing party polls as “a defining moment to strengthen our democratic foundations from the grassroots upward.” He stressed that voting according to conscience is critical to ensuring credible, capable, and visionary leadership within the party.“

Let us make the sun rise again,” Macauley said, urging party members to engage in the process with mutual respect, transparency, and dedication. He commended leaders and grassroots members for their resilience in making the elections possible and highlighted the role of principled participation in building a stronger APC and advancing national progress.

Macauley’s message comes amid heightened enthusiasm across constituencies as APC members prepare to select their 2026 flagbearer.

He concluded by invoking a rallying call for unity and national development, saying, “God bless Sierra Leone. God bless our APC.”
