The Political Parties Regulation Commission (PPRC) has officially published the final Internal Elections Rules and Regulations of the All People’s Congress (APC) party, the Commission announced today.

According to a press release issued by the PPRC, this publication is made pursuant to Section 25 of the Political Parties Act 2022, Act No. 25 of 2022.

The rules and regulations have been published in the Sierra Leone Gazette No. 104, Vol. CLXVI, and will remain available for a period of fourteen (14) days, starting Monday, 5th January 2026, through Tuesday, 20th January 2026.

The Commission emphasized that no objections will be entertained regarding the published Internal Elections Rules and Regulations. Interested parties and members of the public can obtain copies from the Sierra Leone Government Bookshop.

This move by the PPRC comes as part of its mandate to ensure transparency and adherence to the legal framework guiding political party operations and internal electoral processes in Sierra Leone.
