IPAM Announces Temporary Suspension of Lectures Ahead of Congregation Ceremonies

The Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone, has officially declared a two-day recess from lectures in preparation for the upcoming 2023–2024 congregation ceremonies.

According to a notice from the Office of the Deputy Registrar, the ceremonies are scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 3rd, and Thursday, 4th December 2025, at the Adjei Crowther Amphitheatre Hall, Fourah Bay College, starting at 10:00 am daily.

To accommodate these events, all academic activities including lectures and related engagements will be temporarily suspended on the mentioned dates.

Normal academic work is expected to resume on Friday, 5th December 2025, immediately following the conclusion of the ceremonies.

The notice, signed by Deputy Registrar Albert S. Baio on Tuesday, 25th November 2025, urges students and staff to take note of the changes and plan accordingly.
