Orange Mobile Finance has issued a stern warning to the public regarding the unauthorized use of its platform by Super Advertis. On another a press release issued earlier hours of Wednesday 3rd January 2024, the telecommunications company clarified that it has no contractual relationship with Super Advertis and refuted any claims of frozen accounts belonging to the advertising firm on the Orange Money platform. Customers who have engaged in transactions with Super Advertis are advised to contact their respective agents for potential refunds.
Orange Mobile Finance expressed concern over social media incitement, urging Super Advertis to refrain from encouraging actions that could jeopardize the company’s premises and properties. The telecommunications giant emphasized its commitment to operating within legal bounds and maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Unauthorized Use of Our Platform by Super Advertis
Orange Mobile Finance wishes to reiterate to the public that it has no contractual relationship with Super Advertis and we do not have any frozen account that belongs to this company on our Orange Money platform.
Orange Money agents/dealers/partners are restricted by the scope of their contractual operations, and where they act outside of their scope, we are obligated by regulation to take necessary action to mitigate such risk in the interest of protecting our customers.
Customers who have transacted on the said website, are urged to contact the respective agent through whom the payment was made for refund processing if necessary. In case where an agent encounters challenges in their daily operational activities, they are aware of the procedures to follow by contacting Orange Mobile finance Back-office.
We further note that there has been some incitement on social media on behalf of Super Advertis for the general public to vandalize our premises and properties. We strongly admonish Super Advertis to desist from encouraging such inciting comments.
