In a public notice issued by the National Telecommunications Commission (NATCOM) on 6th October 2022, have activated a clause which allows all mobile network operators to integrate the mobile number of their subscribers with the National Identification Number (NIN) that was issued by the National Civil Registration Authority (NCRA).
