If food is the body of good living, then wine is its soul – in an effort to positively bring out cultural luxury experience and the true meaning of life, Ebony Wine and Spirits will be hosting a wine tasting event on Saturday 4th June, 2022. This blissful event is set to take place at the Decode Beach Front, 3 Lumley Beach, Freetown.
Drinking good wine with good food in good company is one of life’s most civilized pleasures.
Ebony Wine was created to celebrate culture and unity across the globe. Its mission is to use its wine as a trophy, symbol of solidarity , healing , and unified celebration of the diversity of black people all over the world .
This isn’t just about the wine, rather It’s about the mindset of luxury that we deserve, and Ebony wine brings to light the hidden secrets of the soul.
Ebony wine is more than just the glass that goes with dinner. It’s what gets the conversion going at events, gives any girl a reason to run long, and can make cooking feel like an adventure.
After falling in love with wine in her early twenties, brand owner Camillya Masunda noticed a lack of representation of people that looked like her in the world of wine . Whether the lack was in marketing or ownership, Masunda wanted to fill that gap. After immersing herself in wine education Masunda launched Ebony Wine & Spirits under her parent’s company Camilia Organics .
Ebony Wine & Spirits was birthed and continue to grow from a place of love and true unity – inspired by her Congolese roots, Masunda chose to build her brand with her family, including her daughter as a representative when seeking new markets to place the brand.
Since its launch, Ebony Wine & Spirits has been placed in restaurants and specialty shops in over 10 states, including North & south Carolina, Georgia, and California. The brand is the only black-owned wine brand in the state of North Carolina.
The cultures vibe is Ebony Wine, come and experience luxurious celebration of culture in Every Sip.
