As part of ongoing efforts to bridge academia and industry, the Chief Executive Officer of Vult Sierra Leone Mr. David Kpakima is set to engage Year 2 Banking and Finance students at the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone, in a special lecture focused on the role of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in modern banking.

Scheduled for Friday, 25th July 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon at the 6th Floor of the Ekundayo Thompson Building, the session is themed:
“Customer Relationship Management: A Tool for Effective and Efficient Banking Operations in Sierra Leone – Case Studies of UBA Bank, Vult Sierra Leone, and Access Bank’s Rapid Growth.”

The lecture, organized as part of IPAM’s CRM course module, aims to provide students with real-world insights into how leading institutions are using customer-centric strategies and technology to improve service delivery and expand operations. The guest speaker will explore how CRM drives efficiency and customer satisfaction, using UBA Bank, Vult Sierra Leone, and Access Bank as key case studies.

A notification letter from the university emphasized that the selected institutions were chosen based on their recent strides in innovation and rapid growth. The event also seeks to inspire students to understand the practical applications of CRM in Sierra Leone’s dynamic financial sector.

Since its official launch in March 2025, Vult Sierra Leone has rapidly gained attention in the country’s fintech landscape. The company boasts over 10,000 customers, leveraging technology to offer accessible digital services, including online transactions at a low 1% fee, and a seamless mobile app that supports both Visa and Mastercard.

Vult recently entered a strategic partnership with SKY Bank Sierra Leone in November 2024, a move aimed at enhancing financial inclusion and expanding digital financial tools nationwide.

As Vult continues to position itself as a leader in financial innovation, this lecture marks a key opportunity to showcase its impact and inspire the next generation of banking professionals.
