SALE BY PUBLIC BID OF BOARDED VEHICLES TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER

The University of Sierra Leone is in the process of disposing boarded vehicles to bidders and now invites sealed quotations for the disposal of:

Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the vehicles at the location stated above between 10:00am to 3:00pm on Monday 7^th November, 2022 to Thursday 17^th November, 2022.

Bidders are to pay NLe30.00 (Thirty Leones) at the Procurement Unit, University of Sierra Leone Registry, Tower Hill, Freetown as non-refundable fee to inspect the vehicles.  

This is an “as is” sale and vehicles will be “sold as seen” to the highest bidder.

Quotations must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday 18^th November, 2022 at 12:00 Noon and addressed to: The Chairman, University Board of Surveys, University of Sierra Leone, Tower Hill, Freetown. All bidders can quote for one or all vehicles.

Quotations will be opened on Friday 18^th November, 2022 at 12:00 Noon, in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may attend and collect the vehicles immediately after reading out price and payment received. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

Quotations should be marked with vehicle description and Registration Number.
