The University of Sierra Leone (USL) has officially released the schedule and congregation fees for the 2024/2025 academic year, with the graduation ceremonies set to take place on Wednesday, 3rd, and Thursday, 4th December 2025.
According to a graduation notice issued by the Registrar on 10th November 2025, the ceremonies will be held over two days. The first day, 3rd December, will feature graduates from the College of Medicine and Allied Health Sciences (COMAHS) and the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM). The second day, 4th December, will be dedicated to the School of Postgraduate Studies and Fourah Bay College (FBC).
The notice outlines the following congregation fees for graduating students:
Ph.D: Le6,000.00
M.Phil: Le4,000.00
MA/M.Ed./M.Sc.: Le3,500.00
Undergraduates: Le3,000.00
Diploma/Certificate: Le2,000.00
All payments are to be made at the Sierra Leone Commercial Bank on or before 21st November 2025, to the account name University of Sierra Leone, account number 913146.
The University emphasized that timely payment and compliance with the stated deadlines are essential for participation in the graduation ceremonies.
The announcement comes as the institution prepares to celebrate another milestone in academic excellence, recognizing the achievements of its students across its constituent colleges.
