Stakeholders of Lokomasama Chiefdom Endorse Political Ambition of Son-in-Law Hon. Alhaji Musa Tarawally

Hon. Musa Tarawally, the Sierra Leone People’s Party (SLPP) leading flagbearer aspirant, made a remarkable entrance into the Kombrabai community in Lokomasama Chiefdom, where he received an enthusiastic welcome from regional stakeholders and residents.

The reception, organized by his wife, Madam Zainab Tarawally, featured endorsements from prominent local figures and enthusiastic support from the youth of Kombrabai village.

Notably, the Chiefdom speaker praised Hon. Tarawally as a son-in-law of the community, highlighting his significant contributions to Sierra Leone over the years.

Paramount Chiefs from various Chiefdoms, along with local leaders and youth representatives, openly expressed their support for Hon. Tarawally’s candidacy.

Honorable Ishmael Sankoh Yillah emphasized the Northern Region’s belief in Tarawally, affirming their commitment to back his bid to succeed President Bio.In his keynote address, Hon. Tarawally expressed gratitude towards his wife, acknowledging her as his backbone.

He called for peace and unity among Sierra Leoneans, urging citizens to collaborate in supporting President Bio’s efforts and to move past the tribalism and regionalism that have historically plagued the nation.

He pledged to be a unifying figure, committed to bridging divides across all tribes and regions.

Hon. Tarawally announced plans to establish multipurpose cooperatives for women in every district, starting with an investment of one million dollars to support women’s businesses nationwide.

Additionally, he revealed intentions to launch a foundation aimed at empowering the youth, helping them develop their potential and skills.As a gesture of goodwill, he provided ten thousand New Leones to the youth of Kombrabai Village to support their weekend activities.

He reassured attendees of his genuine intentions in politics, stating, “I am here to help Sierra Leoneans, not for personal gain. I have established businesses in eight countries, and I want to give back to the nation that has given me so much.

”The event concluded with enthusiastic applause as local artists from Bo, Port Loko, and Freetown performed live, further energizing the crowd and solidifying support for Hon. Musa Tarawally.

The gathering was marked by a palpable spirit of camaraderie and hope for a united Sierra Leone.
