PROCUREMENT OF VEHICLES AND GENERATORS

The Sierra Leone Maritime Administration has allocated fund for the Procurement of vehicle(s) and generator(s) on a framework contract basis and now invitessealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the undermentioned items for the Sierra Leone Maritime Administration:

Partial quotation shall be declared non responsive. Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate the ability to perform this task. Bids must be submitted with the following:
- A bid security of One Hundred And Thirty Five Million Leones (le 135,000,000) for lot 1 and Twenty Million Leones (le 20,000,000) for lot 2 from a reputable Commercial Bank in Sierra Leone for each lot.
- A Valid Local Council Certificate
- A valid copy of NRA Tax Clearance Certificate;
- A valid copy of Business Registration Certificate;
- A valid copy of NASSIT Clearance Certificate
- An evidence of recent contract of similar nature performed;
- A Sign Integrity Pact
- Manufacturer’s Authorization
Further information and inspection of the bidding documents can be done at the address below between the hours of 10:00 am to 4:00 pm from Monday to Friday. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Hundred Thousand Leones (Le 300,000) into the following accounts with details as shown:

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Wednesday 4th August, 2021 at 12:00noon. All bids must be accompanied by bid security:
Bids will be publicly opened on Wednesday 4th August, 2021 at 12:00 noon, in the presence of bidders designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
