The Transition Committee of the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has completed a series of public consultations with staff and stakeholders across the football sector, marking a key step toward its final report.
Over the past two weeks, the Committee engaged administrators, technical officials, finance and procurement teams, as well as representatives from government and the wider football community. The team also inspected facilities at the SLFA Technical Centre to evaluate ongoing projects.
“These sessions gave us the opportunity to gather critical feedback and ideas that will shape our recommendations,” said Dr. Isaac Massaquoi, Chairman of the Transition Committee.

To ensure a comprehensive and well-structured outcome, the SLFA Executive Committee has granted the Transition Committee an additional week to finalize its report.
Dr. Massaquoi confirmed that the final document will be submitted by the end of next week, emphasizing its importance for strengthening governance and advancing football development in Sierra Leone.
