The Members of SCHOOLING FOR LIFE (COMPANY REGISTRATION No.CF000749) by special resolution passed on 18th March 2021 resolved to voluntarily wind-up the company.
THE NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT:
Subsequent to the passing of the Special Resolution to voluntarily wind-up SCHOOLING FOR LIFE (COMPANY REGISTRATION No.CF000749), the Members further resolved that Mr. Alfred Akibo-Betts of 8 Bathurst Street, Freetown, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs and distributing the assets of the company
