News from the northern District of Kambia have just confirmed that the Former Minister and Former Flagbearer aspirant of the APC Dr Sam Sesay have decided to drop his Flagbearer and Presidential ambition 2023.
According to confirm information from Thonko, Dr Sam Sesay have held close door discussions with family members , friends and loyal supporters that he is stepping aside from the race to throw weight and support to his brother Dr Samura Kamara who was the APC Presidential candidate in the 2018 polls.
Leaked from that meeting stated that Dr Sam Sesay’s decision was born out of the fact that Leadership is from God ,Dr Samura Kamara is very popular , Dr Samura has energized the ground with hope especially during these trying times and that Dr Samura Kamara has shown Leadership , readiness , commitment and dedication to serve the people of this country.
Dr Sam Sesay concluded by calling on other intending aspirants to follow suit as a way helping the party’s Executive and the people of this country citing the events of 2017 & 2018 as the ugliest situation the APC must avoid come 2023. Only a United APC will win 2023.
Dr Sam Sesay is now in constant touch with his people nationally and globally.
