The Freetown City Council has allocated funds from its Own Source Revenue for the procurement of 800 (Eight Hundred) SET OF THREE-SEATER FURNITURE FOR SCHOOL PUPILS IN THE WESTERN AREA URBAN DISTRICT and now invitessealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the aforesaid School Furniture.
Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate the ability and capacity to supply the Required School Furniture.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Le 300,000.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 15th June, 2021 at 12 Noon. All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business registration certificate
- Bid Security of Le 6,000,000 (Six Million Leones) from a reputable Commercial Bank;
- A valid tax clearance certificate;
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
- A valid local Council certificate
- A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]
- Samples of Furniture
Bids will be publicly opened on 15th June, 2021 at 12:10 pm, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
