PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS, CONTRACTORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE PROVISION OF GOODS, SERVICES AND WOORKS FOR RAINBO INITIATIVE FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2023/2024.

Rainbo Initiative is reviewing its suppliers/ Service providers’ database, interested suppliers and service providers are invited to express their Interest (EOI) if they wish to do business with Rainbo Initiative. The interested suppliers/service providers’ must meet the following requirements:

• Complete and sign the pre-qualification and review forms.
• Up to date NRA Tax clearance certificate and GST certificate.
• Up to date Nassit Tax clearance certificate.
• Evidence of policy on fair treatment to staff and zero tolerance to fraud and bribery.
• Declare any personal relationship they have with any staff of Rainbo Initiative.
• Demonstrate that the company has a minimum of two years’ experience in the listed business area.
• Provide at least two traceable trade references of customers procuring similar products (name, email and contact number etc.).

In order to verify the correctness of the information provided, Rainbo Initiative will visit and assess the suppliers/service providers’ point of business. The qualified suppliers/service providers will be included in the pre-qualified list. The suppliers/service providers in the pre-­qualified list will be invited for bids and proposals as and when required.

Qualified bidders are hereby invited to submit their expression of interest (EOI) for pre-qualification and enrolment into the Organisation’s database for the list of required service categorised below:
