One of the most vibrant youthful members of the All People’s Congress (APC) Party in the United Kingdom, Mustapha Azick Conteh, commonly known as Port Loko Borbor has declared his intention to contest as Leader of the APC-UK Youth Branch.
In a telephone conversation, he pointed out that he believes he has all what it takes to provide effective leadership for the APC Youth Branch further expressing the view that he and his team will work positively towards making the party a formidable force to be reckon with.
It is on record that recently Port Loko Borbor braved it ,even though the coronavirus pandemic is wrecking havocs, to travel from London to Sierra Leone with the main objective of giving material supports to the APC Youth League and other bodies of the party as a way of helping in cushioning the effects of the pandemic.
During his visit he went to different parts of the country and donated food and non-food items starting in Freetown worth millions of Leones.

Dear Comrade,
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE POSITION OF APC U.K&I YOUTH LEADER.
I hereby wish to express my intention to run for the position of APC U.K & I Youth Leader in the upcoming UK Diaspora Convention.
I am the outgoing Deputy Public Relation Officer of the APC U. K&I Youth Wing, a position in which I served the Party with great distinction and left indelible imprints. In summary, I have learnt priceless lessons on political party related strategies and also developed great competency in party leading and conducting activities over the years.
From an educational and professional perspective, I am very suitable for the position for which I aspire. I am academically qualified for the office and my professional experience to date relates to Applied Social Science, Community Development and Youth Work, Human Rights and Social Justice. In addition, I am currently pursuing my Social Work training. I have a wealth of experience in working with people from all social strata and I have served as an Inclusion and Accessibility Officer for my University.
In addition to my involvement with the Youth Wing of the APC U.K & I , I was part of the campaign team that undertook the management and tallying of results for the party during the 2018 presidential and parliamentary elections and the tallying of results of BO District.
I would like to give re-assurance of my loyalty and commitment to the ideals and ideology of the party. If given the opportunity I promise to work closely with the leadership of the U.K & I in ensuring that the party is well structured and organized at all levels with rapid increase in its membership. With the support and approval of the party, a key priority would be the mobilization of resources, if appointed.
I wish to express my gratitude to you as the Youth Leader of the U.K & I for your relentless efforts in leading the youth wing successfully and in making the APC U.K & I Youth Wing the envy of all political parties in the diaspora. Given the opportunity, it is my ambition to emulate your excellent model of leadership for the advancement of the party.
By extension to the leadership of the branch, past and present, I want to appreciate you for being my leaders and mentor. The leadership has helped me shape my personal, professional, and political life and showed me how to transform my mistakes into skills.
