The Patriotic Advocacy Network–Sierra Leone (PAN-SL) officially opened its new office at No. 4 Andrew Street, Freetown, on Friday, 6th February 2026, marking a major milestone in its journey of civic engagement and national advocacy.
The event brought together board members, partners, supporters, and members of the public, all united in promoting good governance, youth empowerment, and national development.
Delivering the keynote address, Board Chairperson Madam Janet Kallon praised the organisation’s growth, describing the new office as “a clear testimony of hard work, sacrifice, and collective commitment.” She urged members and stakeholders not to become complacent, stressing that “greater responsibility comes with growth.”Madam Zainab, a PAN-SL Board Member and Principal of Hill Valley Academy, highlighted the importance of strong institutions and partnerships.

She commended the professional environment created by PAN-SL, noting that it positions the organisation to better engage policymakers, communities, and young people.Board Member Sheku Fofanah reflected on the organisation’s early challenges, including limited resources and logistical constraints, calling the office launch “not just a physical expansion, but a moral victory.”
Executive Director Paul J. Koroma described the occasion as the dawn of a new chapter for PAN-SL. He emphasized that the office would serve as a hub for advocacy campaigns, research, and community engagement, reaffirming the organisation’s commitment to empowering citizens and contributing to national discourse.
Other board members, including Ansumana Keita and Theriyeh Koroma, focused on the human and patriotic aspects of the organisation’s work, stressing the importance of sacrifice, self-development, and civic responsibility in driving national progress.

The ceremony concluded with the official opening of the new office, symbolizing PAN-SL’s readiness to scale up operations and deepen its impact across Sierra Leone. With this new space, PAN-SL reinforces its commitment to national development, civic advocacy, and patriotic values.
