The Office of the Administrator and Registrar General (OARG) has announced the successful recording and maintenance of all registrable instruments processed during the 2025 calendar year, in compliance with the Registration of Instruments Act (Cap 256 of the Laws of Sierra Leone) and other applicable laws and regulations.

According to a public notice issued by the Office, the records cover a wide range of statutory instruments handled between 1st January and 31st December 2025, both at the Freetown headquarters and across OARG regional offices nationwide.

The documented data includes, among others, the registration of conveyances and title deeds, marriages, intellectual property, estates, and other statutory records legally required to be processed by the Office within the stated period.

The OARG assured the public that all records have been properly documented and preserved to guarantee accuracy, transparency, and accessibility for administrative, legal, and public reference purposes.

Members of the public who wish to verify records, request certified copies, seek corrections or updates, or obtain additional information relating to the 2025 registrations have been advised to visit the Office of the Administrator and Registrar General during official working hours. The Office further encouraged applicants to follow the prescribed procedures applicable to their specific requests.

The notice also indicated that a comprehensive compilation of all instruments processed and registered during the period has been prepared, covering both the Freetown office and regional branches.

The Office reaffirmed its commitment to efficient record management and adherence to legal standards in the discharge of its statutory responsibilities.
