The National Telecommunications Commission has received funds National Consolidated Funds for the Provision of Airline Ticketing and other related Services and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Provision of Airline Ticketing and other related Services.
The contract period for the provision of Airline Ticketing and other related services will commence effective January 2022 through December 2022 under a Framework Contract Agreement renewable for every Fiscal Year based on satisfactory performance. Payments will be done on quarterly basis by the procuring entity
Bidding is open to all suppliers who can demonstrate that they have the Technical and Financial capabilities. Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address below between 8:30GMT to 4:00 GMT starting on the 13th December 2021. Bidding documents may be purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Million Leones (SLL 1,000,000.00) and payment shall be made in the under-mentioned Bank Account.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 7th January 2022 at 12:00GMT.
All bids must be accompanied by:
A valid Business registration certificate
Bid Security of SLL 180,000,000 from a reputable Commercial Bank;
A valid tax clearance certificate;
A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
A signed Integrity Pact; [see attached]
Bids will be publicly opened on 7th January 2022 at 12:01GMT, in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
