The much-anticipated movie “Contention,” a powerful cinematic masterpiece by Ramkay Productions, is set to premiere on Saturday, May 10th, 2025 at the prestigious Mamba Point Lagoonda located at 80 Cape Road, Freetown.
Boasting a dazzling cast of top-tier African film stars, Contention features performances from the legendary Ajibola Dabo, Desmond Elliott, Mofe Duncan, Chinyere Wilfred, Kerry D. Barry, Neo Akpofure, Elijah Ogann, Roxy Antak, Ramatu Koroma, Ramatu Wurie, Lina Idoko, and T.J. Cole.
The event promises a glamorous evening with the Red Carpet kicking off at 6:00 PM, offering fans and media a chance to see their favorite celebrities in high style. The movie screening will begin promptly at 8:00 PM, giving attendees the first look at what is expected to be one of the most gripping and emotionally charged films of the year.
Ticket prices are set at Le 800 for Standard and Le 1,500 for VIP, with an option for Patron by Donation for generous supporters and sponsors.
