Lizzy’s Luxury Hair Launches Groundbreaking Beauty Training Program

Lizzy’s Luxury Hair, a fast-rising name in Sierra Leone’s beauty industry, is set to launch its first-ever beauty training program, “The Beauty Link.”

The two-week intensive program will run from February 3 to February 16, 2025, at Oba Funkia in Goderich Village, aiming to equip participants with professional skills and certifications in high-demand beauty techniques.

This groundbreaking initiative will focus on essential beauty services such as microblading, ombré shading, lash extensions, and pink lips artistry. In addition, a bonus session on wig making is included, giving participants a competitive edge in the beauty market.

All practical materials will be provided, ensuring participants receive hands-on training to perfect their craft.The training will feature two sessions daily, catering to varying schedules.

Morning classes will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., while afternoon sessions are scheduled from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

After completing her education in IT database development at IPNC College in Accra, Ghana, Aina returned to Sierra Leone in 2019 to launch her first beauty shop at Lumley Mall.

Despite early challenges, she adapted by moving her business online and later expanded her operations by opening an Africana shop in Ghana.

Aina further honed her expertise in advanced beauty techniques such as microblading, ombré shading, and lash extensions while studying in Accra. Now, she is passionate about giving back to her community by empowering young Sierra Leoneans with the skills to thrive in the competitive beauty industry.

“The Beauty Link is more than a training program; it’s a platform for young women to build their confidence, gain financial independence, and contribute to the nation’s growing beauty industry,” Aina shared.
