Liberia have emerged as champions of the 2025 Mano River Union Women’s U-20 Tournament, demonstrating consistency and tactical discipline throughout the competition. The young Liberian side secured six points from four matches, sealing the title with a decisive 2–1 victory over Sierra Leone on the final day after drawing all three of their earlier fixtures.
The win placed Liberia at the top of the standings and ensured they lifted the coveted regional trophy.
The final day at the Southern Arena in Bo was filled with excitement, pride, and a strong sense of regional unity as fans witnessed the conclusion of a tightly contested tournament.

The closing ceremony was attended by several dignitaries and football administrators, including:

The Liberia Football Association was also represented at a high level, with Executive Committee Member Kelvin Bayoh present to celebrate the team’s triumph.

The tournament once again showcased the rising quality of women’s football across the Mano River Union, with all participating nations displaying passion, talent, and strong regional solidarity.
