On 7th December 2024, Dr. Kaifala Marah made a notable appearance at the UK&I District’s Annual General Meeting in London, leveraging the occasion after a recent tour in the U.S. Upon arriving in the UK for a brief family visit en route to Sierra Leone, Dr. Marah proactively connected with key party members, including the District Chair, who informed him of the scheduled AGM.
Recognising the importance of the gathering, he graciously accepted the invitation to share his insights on current party affairs, particularly regarding the ongoing discussions surrounding the Tripartite Committee.
In a compelling address that resonated with attendees, Dr. Marah addressed what he identified as a critical juncture for our party. He urged comrades in the Diaspora to prioritise developing effective strategies essential for reclaiming the party’s governance role.
His message was clear: the APC stands as the only party uniquely positioned to spearhead Sierra Leone’s development, owing to its diverse and cross-regional membership strength.Dr. Marah passionately implored members to unite around common goals, emphasising that holding on to individual beliefs could undermine the party’s collective strength.
