The University of Sierra Leone (USL) has conducted a congregation ceremony for the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), celebrating the certification of over 2,600 graduates.
Distinguished educationists, including the Minister of Technical and Higher Education, Dr. Haja Ramatulai Wurie, and Deputy, Sarjoh Aziz-Kamara, graced the event and delivered inspiring messages to the graduates
