The Academic Staff Association (ASA) of the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone, is set to host its much-anticipated “Outing & Fiesta 2025” — a vibrant fundraising event designed to promote unity, relaxation, and community engagement among staff, students, and alumni.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, November 8, 2025, at Sugarland Beach, with an entry fee of just Le100. Organizers say this year’s edition promises an unforgettable beach experience filled with music, laughter, and fun activities that will bring together the entire IPAM family.

The Outing & Fiesta 2025 will feature a series of exciting highlights, including a mesmerizing bonfire night, electrifying Bubu dance performance, fun games, and beach competitions. Guests will also enjoy great music and dancing under the stars, creating the perfect atmosphere for socializing and celebration.

According to the organizing committee, the event is more than just a social gathering — it serves as a fundraising initiative to support academic and welfare projects under ASA–IPAM. It also provides a platform for lecturers, students, and administrators to connect outside the classroom in a relaxed and entertaining environment.
