IMATT College Sierra Leone is thrilled to announce that Dr. Prisca Ndu, a distinguished social impact advocate and multi-sector entrepreneur, will be the keynote speaker at an essential public lecture titled “Examining the Effectiveness of Enforcement Mechanisms for International Arbitral Awards.” This highly anticipated event will take place on the 14th of November, 2024 at 5pm, at the IMATT College, Kingtom Campus Freetown- Sierra Leone; uniting students, academics, and industry leaders for an in-depth discussion on the critical role of international arbitration in global commerce.
With recent challenges in enforcing international arbitral awards, Dr. Ndu’s insights are more relevant than ever. As the Executive Vice Chairman of INDECO Group, an Infrastructural Development Conglomerate focused on seven key sectors of the economy: education, technology, agriculture, energy, real estate, road construction, oil and gas, she has spearheaded numerous economic and social development projects across Nigeria. Her expertise in global economic matters, positions this lecture as an invaluable opportunity for attendees.
Dr. Ndu’s extensive educational background includes degrees from prestigious institutions such as the University of Ibadan, Lagos Business School, Harvard Business School, Robert Kennedy College, Institute of Management Development, National University of Singapore, INSEAD and many more.
