GIZ is dedicated to building a future worth living around the world. GIZ has been working in Sierra Leone since 1963 with now more than 100 national and international personnel working in projects implemented together with our Sierra Leonean partners funded by the German Government. GIZ is currently based and implementing projects in Freetown, Koinadugu, Kono and Kailahun Districts and through it partners in many other districts within Sierra Leone.
GIZ Sierra Leone through one of its projects “Employment Promotion Programme IV, which is co-funded by Federal Ministry for Economic Development and Cooperation and the European Union are currently on the market to seek for an experienced and qualified company for the supply of “DIESEL AND PETROL GENERATORS”. Details of these items is in the bidding document.
Requirement:
Upon submission of the bid, suppliers will be required to submit the following document:
- Valid Certificate of business registration.
- Valid Certificate of GST Registration.
- Valid NRA Domestic tax Clearance.
- Valid NASSIT Tax Clearance.
- Reference of at least 2 similar supplies done in the past 2 years (full details of references including telephone numbers and email addresses must be submitted for further verification).
Interested companies can collect bidding document at free of cost from GIZ Country Office, 32D Wilkinson Road, Freetown, between the hours of 9:00am to 4:30pm from Friday 18th August 2023 to Wednesday 30th August 2023.
Bids must be emailed to: SL_Quotation@giz.de not later than Friday, 1st September 2023 at 5:00PM.
