The streets of Foulah Town and Bambara Town were filled with energy this past weekend as residents turned out in large numbers for a community jogging event in support of Ishmael Daddys Bangura, popularly known as Isho – The People’s Actor.

Isho, who is vying for a spot in the upcoming Housemates Salone reality TV show, is contesting under the theme “Hustle.” The event drew participation from all age groups, with youths, elders, women, and children joining the jog, chanting messages of encouragement along the way.

Community leaders described the massive turnout as a “clear demonstration of love, unity, and belief” in Isho’s vision. Several residents also expressed pride, saying they view him not only as an entertainer but also as a symbol of their collective struggles and aspirations.

“We are more than ready. When the time comes, we will vote massively for Isho. He is our own, and we know he will make us proud,” one resident remarked.

Organizers noted that the jogging was the first in a series of activities planned to keep the momentum alive ahead of the show’s auditions. The atmosphere was marked by music, cheers, and solidarity, as supporters pledged their continued backing for Isho’s journey.

With such strong grassroots support from Foulah Town, Bambara Town, and surrounding communities, Isho’s campaign for Housemates Salone is already gaining significant traction.
