Sierra Leonean model and entrepreneur DelVaqyo has publicly addressed recent rumors linking her to controversial rapper LAJ, while also calling out her ex-partner, rapper and entertainment ambassador Kao Denero, for allegedly spreading false information.

In a social media post, DelVaqyo expressed frustration over what she described as lies being circulated by Kao Denero, including audio recordings where he allegedly discussed her personal life and accused her of being involved with LAJ.

The model made it clear that while she and Kao share a child, they are no longer together, and his actions were unwarranted.”Let me set the record straight: Kao and I are no longer together, and even if there was any truth to his accusation, it is not his place to meddle in my personal life,” she wrote. “We are ex-partners, and my choices in who I date should not concern him, especially now that he’s married.”

DelVaqyo’s response comes after she remained silent on the matter for some time, but she noted that Kao Denero’s actions had crossed a line. In her statement, she hinted at potential legal action to put an end to what she called “harassment and bullying.

“For the sake of our shared child, I have remained silent for too long. However, I have now reached my limit. If you continue to spread lies and engage in bullying behavior, there will be consequences.”

She further called on Kao Denero to focus on his marriage and to stop interfering in her personal affairs, making it clear that she is prepared to take any necessary steps to protect herself from further defamation.

The public exchange has drawn significant attention from fans and the entertainment community in Sierra Leone, with many watching closely for any developments. Neither LAJ nor Kao Denero has issued an official response to DelVaqyo’s statement as of now.
