The Entrepreneurs Connect, has ended two days conference and a business showcase, which sought to bring together entrepreneurs, buyers, students, entertainers, and members of the public under one umbrella, to support the country’s local content policy.
The event which took Place on the 26th and 27th March, 2022, at the Kallon Car Park was a successful one as thousands of Sierra Leoneans showed their patriotism and love towards entertainment and entrepreneurial promotion – the event was powered by @3cianatural.
The Entrepreneurs Connect also known as ‘E-CONNECT’ is a growing platform that is geared towards promoting business development in Sierra Leone. It aims at paving the way for companies, business owners, young people, influencers and talented individuals, and to create a platform for them to portray local exposure and a new business market.
The first edition of the Entrepreneurs Connect made a name amongst various sects of young people: business executives, small business owners and sponsors. The third edition of the event was a clear manifestation of the many great businesses and talented individuals that are lurking around looking for an opportunity to showcase their talents.
Thankfully, the third edition of the E-CONNECT gave thousands of business owners and other talented individuals the platform to display their products and talents to the local population and the world at large, which makes this year’s event even more unique and successful than previous years.
The program provided companies with the opportunity to interact with a cross-section of the population at different times in two days. The organizers also provided a capital on return investment, wherein they can meet the requirements of their Corporate Social Responsibility. The conference provided knowledge to young business owners and aspiring business individuals on starting a business, while the afternoon event provided an environment for sellers and buyers to interact in an entertaining and marketable environment.
They have been receiving tremendous support from private individuals and top institutions who believe in their goal of empowering businesses – The 2022 E-Connect festival brought in a more diverse sponsorship audience that cuts across various demographics.
In previous years, the Entrepreneurs Connect brought together thousands of young people and businesses. 80% of those who attended were young people and business owners, musicians, comedians, film stars and so many more, all showcasing, buying or just enjoying a good time. The Entrepreneurs Connect has created a bridge of connectivity between many young people in the country and business vendors – with many more eager to experience and be part of success.
Their partnership with sponsors created a platform and an opportunity for them to advertise, educate and create a new market among the thousands who attended the event. It was a great opportunity during the conference, as different slides showcased their respective services, potentials and products.
The Entrepreneurs Connect is building its name, and as they have just concluded the third edition of promoting businesses in Sierra Leone. The organizers are urging and calling on the support of larger and top financial institutions to come onboard and support the movement of promoting entertainment, entrepreneurship and Sierra Leonean connectivity, as it will mean so much to them as organizers, and the nation as a whole.
