The Dean of Faculty of Management Services at the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM), University of Sierra Leone, Dr. Ezekiel Duramany Lakkoh has attracted thousands of viewers when he faced the “Meet Professionals Show” on their 7th edition which was hosted by IB. Kebe. Viewers across the globe were thrilled by the succinct and professional response by the Young and Dynamic Dr. Lakkoh whose response was centred on the economic development of Sierra Leone. Dr Lakkoh has been one of the few academics who has worked tirelessly in transforming Sierra Leone’s educational sector.
Dr. Duramany Lakkoh is a professional accountant and financial economist with more than 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Business Development and Venture Capital Management. Dr. Duramany-Lakkoh is an American Fulbright Scholar and a member of the African Economic Research Consortium (AERC).
Quite recently, He was elected as a member of the European Centre for Research Training and Development UK and he is also an Alumni at Syracuse University.
He has spearheaded the establishment of several large companies in Sierra Leone and across West Africa including West Africa Logistics Solutions, TransAfrica Development Corporation and African Young Voices Media Empire.
As an academic, he is the Dean, Faculty of management sciences at the Institute of Public Administration and Management, University of Sierra Leone. (IPAM)
He has mentors thousands of young professionals in and out of Sierra Leone, he is also an Author, researcher, philanthropist and remains one of the most celebrated academics in the University of Sierra Leone.
