Sierra Leone Commercial Bank Limited (SLCB) has continued to be the big brother in the banking industry of Sierra Leone with customers’ satisfaction priority and among others amidst the shortage of cash during the festive season.

The nation’s leading bank continues to firmly stamp its leadership in the industry by meeting to the demand of its customers especially at the time of serious financial crises when other commercial banks cannot even venture to match with them.

Despite operating in a competitive business environment, customers with bank accounts in different commercial banks have no bank to run for rescue over the shortage of cash in the country other than to SLCB.

The bank received praises and commendations from the majority of the customers especially top customers spoken to in the country.

According to them, they were able to know that the people’s bank in the country is SLCB, as the only bank considerable amount will be access to meet their daily operations.

The customers further that SLCB and other two commercial banks in the country were the only bank’s ATM Machines were up and running 24hours with cash availability during the festive season.

Customers were able to use SLCB electronics products such as mobile wallet banking, small world, money gram etc this festive season.
