CEO of Meet Professionals to Bag Special Award in Tanzania

Mr. Ibrahim Alusine Kebe, the founder and CEO of Meet Professionals is set to receive a special recognition award at the 7th Pan African Humanitarian and Investment Summit at Zanzibar, Tanzania. The event which is stated for the 8th and 9th November, at the Golden Tulip Hotel Zanzibar, Tanzania, is in recognition of the good works portrayed by inspiring individuals across Africa.

Ibrahim Alusine Kebe, is a lecturer at The Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) University of Sierra Leone. He is an outstanding individual who does not only serve as a lecturer, but also as a mentor and a father to many students. 

Mr. Kebe is a specialist in Human Resource Management, Business and Change Management Expert, Public Speaker, Youth Advocate, Founder and CEO of Be Inspired Platform (BIP); a youth-led organization that works to empower young people to participate actively in society to improve their own lives by representing and advocating their needs and interests and those of their communities – he also happens to be the founder and host of Meet Professionals TV, a TV program where professionals from academics, business, executives, change management experts share their journey  to audience which serves as an inspiration to the younger generation.

In recognition of his outstanding leadership, humanitarian and innovative efforts in nation building and creating strong leadership and entrepreneurial space for socioeconomic development through various consolidated programs and initiatives that is aimed at providing vital interventions in rural education, youth empowerment, and opportunity creation in disadvantaged areas of the community, and by extension, building a prosperous, sustainable, regionally integrated and globally competitive Africa, he will be awarded a special recognition award by the  Pan African Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Center (PALDEC).

“I Feel extremely blessed and excited to go out there and represent Sierra Leone and also to receive an award, it is a big opportunity for me to be recognised and invited to a summit of such magnitude, it shows that there are people out there who are watching each and every effort and energy we give out there to influence change and inspire the lives of others”, he said.

PALDEC is a community-focused Leadership, social entrepreneurship and capacity development charitable organization founded as a global initiative aimed to improve the lives of millions of youth and the vulnerable by putting them on the path to self-sufficiency, economic productivity while fostering community resilience.

This year’s summit is centred around promoting the transformation of the blue economy by focusing on the prospects of the blue economy in terms of utilization and management of expected resources to ensure maximum benefits, whiles preserving the health of the Ocean Ecosystem. 

The event is scheduled to be a two days Summit and it will be graced by over Three hundred and fifty guests; which includes former Heads of State, Policy makers and highly recognised leaders in various sectors, Government business and Humanitarians from 45 countries within and outside Africa.
