PRESS RELEASE FROM THE ALL PEOPLES CONGRESS ON THE OUTCOME OF THE COURT CASE AND THE PENDING NATIONAL DELEGATES CONVENTION .
The National Advisory Committee of the All Peoples Congress is pleased to inform its membership that two of the litigants in its court matter with the NRM have discontinued legal action with effect from Monday 22nd February , 2021 .
However , the third litigant was not part of that discontinuance as a result of which the trial judge adjourned final ruling within a short period of time .
Whilst we await that final ruling , the National Advisory Committee (NAC) admonishes its membership to continue to be patient and to be law abiding .
In view of the above the scheduled Emergency National Delegates Conference for adoption of the new draft constitution is postponed until further notice .
The party membership will be accordingly further informed in due course ..
