APC Parliamentary Leader, Hon. Abdul Kargbo has called for Unity Between Dr. Samura Kamara And Party Executives in his recent Twitter Post.

Hon. Kargbo encapsulate that the APC party will have a strong force when Dr. Samura Kamara and the executive work as a team.

He further cautioned that the accusations and counter accusations by their bloggers will divide the party further.

He affirmed that there are prices they should all pay to make life better for the grassroots, and that is unity.

APC Parliamentary Leader Calls For Unity Between Dr. Samura Kamara And Party Executives

Hon. Abdul Kargbo statement comes against the backdrop of a significant rift that has reportedly developed within the National Executive of the All Peoples Congress (APC) and other factions of the party, centering on the party’s 2018 and 2023 Presidential Flagbearer, Dr. Samura Kamara. This division arises at a time when the party is advocating for unity, after the release of the long-awaited recommendations from the Tripartite Committee.

Accusations of slow progress in party activities and betrayal have been directed at the APC executive under the chairmanship of Hon. Minkailu Mansaray. These internal conflicts have reportedly extended to the broader party membership, complicating efforts to present a unified front.

In response to these allegations, the National Publicity Secretary of the APC, Sidi Yayaha Tunis, has recently asserted that there is no division within the party. He acknowledged that while the executive members and the party leader may hold different views on certain issues, this does not equate to a split within the party.
