The All People’s Congress (APC) Party has officially announced that Bai Bureh Hall in Port Loko Township will host its forthcoming National Delegates Conference (NDC) scheduled for 9th to 12th August 2026.
The declaration follows a resolution passed by the party’s National Advisory Council (NAC) during a duly convened emergency meeting. The Council received and deliberated on proposed venues for the NDC, conducted a formal voting process, and confirmed Bai Bureh Hall as the location that secured the highest number of votes.
The decision is in line with Article 18(b) of the 2022 APC Constitution, which stipulates that the National Secretary General must provide notice of the conference, including the date and venue, at least six months in advance. The National Secretariat of the APC stated that the announcement is being made to ensure transparency, uphold constitutional provisions, and keep all party structures, stakeholders, and the general public duly informed.
The APC’s National Delegates Conference, scheduled for four days in August, is expected to bring together delegates from across the country to deliberate on party affairs and chart the course for the party ahead of the 2026 general elections.
