Ady Macauley Graces ASSPA Inter-Community League 2025 Finale, Presents Trophy to Champions Brima Lane Community

Leading APC Flagbearer Aspirant Ady Macauley attended the grand finale of the Approved School Sports Promoters Association (ASSPA) Inter-Community League 2025 at the Approved School Playing Field in Freetown. The event drew thousands of fans, community members, and officials.

Macauley, accompanied by a delegation of government officials, youth advocates, and community leaders, joined Minister of Youth Affairs Hon. Ibrahim Sannoh and other dignitaries in observing the final match, which saw Brima Lane Community defeat Grass Field Community 2–0 to claim the ASSPA Inter-Community League Trophy.

During the ceremony, Macauley presented the championship trophy to the winning team and commended both teams for their performance, teamwork, and discipline. He emphasized the role of sports in promoting unity and youth development in Sierra Leone.

Macauley also acknowledged the organizers for their efforts in supporting community sports and encouraged young people to engage in positive activities. “When we invest in sports, we are investing in leadership, discipline, and the future of this country,” he said.

The event concluded with celebrations and a renewed focus on youth development through sports. Macauley’s participation underscored his advocacy for empowering young people and supporting initiatives that foster national unity and community engagement.
