The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) of Sierra Leone has received widespread commendation at the African-European Investigation Forum held in Brussels, Belgium, where its collaborative efforts with international partners were showcased as a model of excellence.
Leading Sierra Leone’s delegation is the ACC Commissioner, Francis Ben Kaifala, who is attending the high-level forum at the invitation of the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF).

During the forum, Sierra Leone’s investigative partnership with OLAF was highlighted for its outstanding performance, particularly in terms of speed, accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. Participants lauded the collaboration as a benchmark for cross-border anti-corruption investigations.
A key highlight of the event was a joint presentation delivered by the ACC’s Director of Investigations, Evelyn Kuyateh, alongside an OLAF Investigations Officer. The presentation received resounding applause from attendees, further underscoring the strength of the partnership.

The recognition marks another significant milestone for Sierra Leone’s anti-corruption drive, reinforcing the country’s growing reputation in global accountability and transparency efforts. It also reflects the ACC’s sustained commitment to strong leadership and effective international cooperation in the fight against corruption.
