The National Public Procurement Authority has received funds from the Government of Sierra Leone for the Repairs/Maintenance of Vehicles and the Construction/Maintenance of Bill Boards/Printing of Banners and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the below lots.

Bidding is open to all bidders who have the capacity in the Repairs/Maintenance of Vehicles and the Construction/Maintenance of Bill Boards.
- Interested bidders can bid for one or both Lots. Bidders can obtain the bid documents for a non-refundable fee of Le500, 000 (Five Hundred Thousand Leones). Payment should be made to the Consolidated General Revenue Account number 0111001499 held at the Bank of Sierra Leone.
- Alternatively, the potential bidders also have the option to pay for the bidding document in any of the Transit Accounts at the following Commercial Banks:

Bring along the receipt of payment to obtain the bidding document. Partial quotations for any lot will be considered non-responsive. Further information and inspection of the bidding document can be done at NPPA, Lotto Building, Procurement Unit between 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from Mondays to Fridays.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 27th July 2021 at 12:00 pm. All bids must be accompanied by:
- A valid Business registration certificate
- Bid Security of Le 5,000,000 per lot from a reputable Commercial Bank;
- A valid tax clearance certificate;
- A valid NASSIT clearance certificate;
- A signed Integrity Pact; (see attached)
- Evidence of Similar contract performed
Bids will be publicly opened on 27th July 2021 at 12:00 pm in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
